SINCE 1957, A PROFESSION BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND TRADITION
The Castellini family has always been involved in building construction.
Though founded in 1957, the history of the company actually began fifty years earlier, when Castellini Pacomio began to build and restore buildings for the Ospediali Riuniti (United Hospitals) passing on soon after the secrets of the art of building to his son, Romeo.
He, in turn, passed them on to his own son, Roberto, who, in 1957 founded C.S.C – Castellini, Siomnetti, Castellini – together with two partners. Roberto Castellini decided to go into business by himself and founded a company carrying his own name, from which the modern "Edilizia Castellini di Castellini Roberto & C." ("Castellini Construction Roberto Castellini & Co.") descends. Today it is managed by the fourth generation.
Aprile 3, 2033, the Company received the gold medal for "Work and Business Prize" at the yearly assembly of the Chamber Body of Perugia for its 50 years of business activity.
The goals for the near future and the objectives set mainly move along the following lines:
Acquisition through ATI (Associazioni Temporanee di Imprese, Temporary Business Associations) and through the THE CSI BUILDING CONSORTIUM – Integrated Services Consortium Soc. Cons. ARL (of which it is a member) of public works and private commissions, at a National and International level;
Real estate operations – both in-house, and in collaboration with partners -, in the residential, reception, social, health, commercial and industrial sectors.
Recently we are developing and launching an approach aimed at favouring strategic partnerships, both with qualified competitors and with primary credit institutions, a process that will allow us to enter into the market of Project Financing as well as General Contractors, also by adhering to the THE CSI BUILDING CONSORTIUM - Integrated Services Consortium Soc. Cons. ARL, an entrepreneurial group that began by acquiring private and public contracts, expanded to handling its own real estate initiatives. It then moved into services management and to Global Service, by designing, building and managing works in all construction and facilities sectors, in the public, private and real estate market, thanks to the SOA Attestazione di Qualificazione alla Esecuzione di Lavori Pubblici (Certification of Qualification for the Execution of Public Works), for design and construction up to unlimited sums.
